What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the products, the location where the item is picked from and the destination to where it is delivered.
The total shipping fee charged will be clearly indicated for each product individually at the main product page and the total shipping fee for the cart will be displayed at the checkout page. The shipping charges are always shown separately from the price of the product.
What is the expected delivery time?
Once we have called your registered mobile number and confirmed the order with you, we expect delivery to happen within 5 to 7 working days.
Delivery timelines vary depending on your city and your selected product, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Is international delivery available?
International Deliveries are not available yet . It may be enabled in future.
I found the package open and the product seal broken on delivery. What should I do?
You should refuse to accept an open package. However, if you do receive any such package which is open, severely damaged or tampered, please get in touch with us immediately via our Helpline 03-218-093-346.
What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Do You Ship Internationally?
Currently we are not offering international shipping. It may be available in future.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
charmsphere.com ensures to deliver your order within 6 business working days.
However, We will send you regular updates about the status of your order via emails and SMS. After your order has left our warehouse and is on its way to you, you can also track its status by signing in to your account, under “My Order” on your desired order or you can track your order on relevant courier portal.

When should I pay advance payment?
On COD method orders worth equal or more than Rs.10,000/- or order with incomplete address required advance payment of 15% of your total.

How do I place an Order?
Shopping on charmsphere.com is so easy & safe ! Once you have found the product you want to buy, just follow the steps below:
- Open charmsphere on your mobile or desktop browser
- Put the item title on “Search Bar”.
- Click on the image of your desired item & Click on “Buy Now ” or “Add to Cart”.
- Click on “View Cart” (change quantity if required) & click on “Checkout Button”.
- On the Checkout Page Enter your personal details like (Name/Contact Number/Shipping Address with City).
- Click on Checkbox “Create an account?” . it will create an account for future shopping without entering all details again.
- Confirm the order details and select your “Mode of Payment”.
- Click on “Place Order”.
- Your Order number will appear on your screen and a confirmation email will be sent to your given email address.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please call our helpline 03-218-093-346 and speak to a Customer Service rep.\
If your order is already on its way to you or if you have already received your order, you will not be able to cancel the order but you may be able to return your product.

How Do I Track My Order?
To track your order

- Enter your Order ID this was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.
- Enter Email then press the “Track” button.
How Can I Return a Product?
You will have 7 days after an item is delivered to you to notify us that you want to return the item. This means if your item was delivered e.g. on the 5th of the month, you have till the 12th to initiate a return. If the item you wish to return meets the criteria mentioned below, your return can be initiated by calling our helpline at 03-218-093-346 which is available Mon-Sat 9:00am to 6pm.
